Phil Eastwood (MA.)  is a renowned trainer, consultant and speaker in the field of Workplace Violence Prevention and Respectful Workplace issues.

His audiences and clients love his professional, authentic, humorous and highly interactive style.

“Creating incredibly safer workplaces” is his goal in everything he does, in order that employees enjoy a safer and healthier working experience wherever they are.

As a professional, with a Master of Arts in Leadership and Training, Phil brings over 30 years of policing experience from both sides of the Atlantic to his programs and clients.

For more than a decade, Phil has been providing a range of workplace safety services to organizations – allowing them to bring critical occupational health and safety components to their workplaces, meeting and exceeding provincial and national regulations in the process.

His training is highly interactive using ‘best practices,’ provincial and federal legislation as well as current, local and relevant examples to make the experience memorable and significant.

His training and consulting company, the Fiore Group Training Inc., is also recognized as an expert in the field as a workplace safety expert.

Phil began his career in the UK as a ‘bobby’ where he honed his verbal communication skills on the streets of London. This background afforded him the ability to blend sound and practical advice regarding the current provincial and federal justice system, (since issues that affect the workplace can cross over into criminal behavior) and acting as an advocate for adopting a proactive and forthright approach to tackling risks when they have been identified.

He lives in North Vancouver and has two sons.
