There is nothing more fitting for journaling than gratitude.
Focusing less on what you don’t have or feel is unfair or lacking in your life – to what and who you do have in your life!
The energy released through gratitude is great for your career, relationships, wealth, and health.
If you can’t think of another topic to write about, always write about gratitude. Put your pen to the paper and scratch for a minute or two, and gratitude will come to the surface.
