New habits are built on consistency. Don’t try to start journaling for 30 minutes every day.
The key to your journaling success is to write every day. You may start with one minute and one word. Bravo! Do that every day until it feels like you can do 3 minutes, and so on.
Find a time that works in your life when you can be alone with your thoughts, and be consistent with that time.
