No matter who or how many people tell you, “This is the way to journal,” – the truth is that journaling is a very personal habit.

Some people prefer to write streams of consciousness – not minding the outcome.

Others enjoy prompts that guide them into topics.

The minimalist may enjoy writing a word or a sentence a day.

The perfectionist may use it as a work schedule and to-do list.

It’s yours.

Write what you will.

Just do it every day.
